Tamil Nadu has introduced new draft curricula for Classes 6 to 10, with the proposed curriculum developed under the framework of the Tamil Nadu State Education Policy 2025. The draft materials cover key subjects including Tamil, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
The School Education Department has invited teachers, educationists, students and members of the public to review the proposed curriculum and submit their feedback. The consultation process is intended to gather suggestions from different stakeholders before the curriculum moves to the next stage.
